Welcome! I'm Kayla Boehm, a Certified Health Coach passionate about helping others beyond diet and exercise, but caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I created Natural Now to empower you to honor your body as a temple and live the abundant life God has called us all to live. I truly believe that our bodies are capable of incredible transformation when we return to the roots of health—nourishing ourselves through nature's simplest and most powerful remedies. He has provided everything we need to thrive, from nourishing foods to rest, movement and faith. No need to complicate it!
My Approach & Philosophy
With the rise of chronic diseases and the declining health of our nation, it is time we rethink how we approach our health and wellness. While modern healthcare is excellent at extending life, it often falls short in helping us live truly healthy and thriving lives. I believe in empowering individuals to take charge of their health through proactive, sustainable lifestyle changes that focus on long-term vitality and well-being rather than just managing and masking illness. True health is not just the absence of illness, but the presence of vitality, balance, and well-being in every aspect of your life.
My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that true health and wellness begins with aligning our hearts, minds, and bodies. Every individual is uniquely designed by God, so your coaching will be tailored to your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle.
I believe each one of you has a unique purpose and living out that purpose begins with honoring and caring for the one body God has given you. Together, we can create a path to better health that goes beyond survival and into true thriving.

I love this program because it allows us to go through the different seasons of life and work through inevitable obstacles that arise. Whether it’s navigating busy schedules, holidays, or unexpected challenges, we have the opportunity to truly focus on building habits that last. Studies have shown that the optimal time for setting long-lasting habits for life is 6 months. The stronger your commitment, the better your results will be, and I’ll be here to guide and support you every step of the way.

We look at the whole person-mind, body, and spirit and address the root cause, not just the symptoms.

I coach on many different topics of health such as chronic disease prevention, weight management, habit formation, sleep, work-life balance, stress management, etc.
My coaching emphasizes a holistic and natural approach to health with God at the center.

Health coaching focuses on setting and achieving health and wellness goals, while therapy addresses emotional healing, mental health, and past experiences. Coaches guide action-oriented changes, while therapists diagnose and treat deeper psychological issues. Both can complement each other for holistic well-being.

I received my certification as a health coach through the mindbodygreen health coach program.
I had the privilege of studying and earning my bachelors degree in health promotion and physical education. I have also received my functional nutrition training coaching certification through the mindbodygreen program.
